"I chose GeauxHVAC to do my full unit replacement because of the great experience with the quoting process that Keegan provided, after I had a poor high pressure sales experience from a competitor. Keegan was personable, showed up on time, and took all of the time needed to ensure I was comfortable with the purchase. He also connected with me about leaving his previous company to join GeauxHVAC because of how well they treat staff, which I identified with as it gave me a similar feeling to my own company. The price was cheaper than the competitor, but that was secondary to the genuine feeling of care I felt from him along with the lack of pressure to buy something I didn’t want or need. On install day, the installers arrived promptly and worked throughout the day to get the unit installed as expected and were kind and personable throughout the course of the install. Although they did run into some obstacles, they communicated the issues to me and explained how they would own the issue "

No fault of the installers but they worked until late in the day to get it working. Their professionalism and comment to going above and beyond was amazing. "Needed to replace both inside and outside units and my usual go to repair service wanted almost $26,000 to do the work. Call GeauxHVAC and Keegan was here in 30 minutes quoted me $12,000 for the same work and same warranty. In 2 days I had Taylor and AJ here at 8AM to start. I was told six hours and they were done in that time. All Techs were very friendly and did their work with no playing around. All the mess was cleaned up and my home was left like it was when they go here. I’ve already signed up for their maintenance plan and GeauxHVAC is my new go to team."
